HVAC Lead Generation Measured In Booked Installs

We build the whole path from first click to a job on the schedule, then report on jobs.

Most HVAC lead generation stops at the form fill

An agency sends you 60 leads, invoices you, and calls it a good month. Meanwhile your CSR is fielding tire-kickers, half the calls come in after hours and nobody follows up on the quotes that did not close. The lead count looks healthy and your install board does not. Lead generation that ignores what happens after the phone rings is only doing a third of the job.

What you get

Channel mix built around your capacity

Local Service Ads and paid search carry the demand you can actually service. If you have two install crews we do not build you a pipeline for five, because unserviced leads turn into bad reviews.

Call tracking down to the keyword

Every inbound call is tracked to the campaign, ad group and search term that produced it. You find out which keywords produce full-system replacements and which produce $89 diagnostic calls.

Speed-to-lead follow-up

Missed-call text-back and automated follow-up on unclosed estimates, wired into your CRM. The leads you already paid for are the cheapest ones to close.

Lead quality review, not just lead count

We listen to call recordings with you on a recurring cadence and score them. Campaigns that produce noise get cut, campaigns that produce installs get more budget.

Seasonality planning ahead of the curve

Budgets shift before the first heat wave and the first freeze, not after. Shoulder season gets a maintenance-agreement push so your techs are not idle in April.

Lead Generation questions

How much does HVAC lead generation cost?

There are two numbers: media spend, which goes to Google, and a management fee. Media spend depends on your market and how many installs you can service in a month. We size both together on the first call, and you own every ad account.

How long before we see booked jobs?

Local Service Ads and paid search can produce calls in the first two weeks once accounts are verified and tracking is live. Google Local Services verification is the usual bottleneck and is outside anyone's control. SEO runs on a longer horizon, generally six months and up.

Do you sell shared leads?

No. We do not resell leads and we do not buy them from aggregators. Everything is generated in your own ad accounts, under your own business name, and the leads belong to you.

Will you work with my competitor down the street?

No. We take one contractor per service area so we are never bidding your budget against another client's in the same auction.
